coursly stone milled wholemeal wheat flour . this is a west country landrace variety wich means it origonates in the west country and has not been modified. this wheat is full of flavour and produces great cakes and biscuits, it can be a little tricky for bread but in a flour blend will add a lovely taste and produce a great crust. I especialy like it in banana bread or in simple digestive biscuits. you recieve two 910g/2lb bags totaling 1.82kg or 4lb in a sturdy postage box.
